The innovative development of the company’s “Fire Defender” fire product series is made with advanced processing equipment. The inspirative design combined with high-quality vermiculite fire board makes the door core, resulting in more reliable performance, “Fire Defender” has passed BS476 Part22 and BS EN 1634-1: 2004 fire performance test for more than 2 hours.

The fireproof product series not only have international Class A fireproof performance, but also have beautiful shapes and different traditional cultures with modern style visual effects; the surface can be formed by various methods such as parquet, carving and high-pressure offset.

The product is suitable for interior and exterior design; living rooms; stairs and corridors.

『Fire Defender』

``Fire Defender`` Fire rated door is a product developed by Wai Hao Engineering. It is a product innovatively developed and combined with vermiculite slab core and solid wood fire core. It has passed BS EN 1634-1: 2008 30, 60, 120 minutes fire prevention certification. Our products include: luxury fire rated door series, wooden fire rated doors, glass fire rated door with stainless steel frame as well as fire glass windows.
We focus not only on protecting your life, but also on protecting the environment. We have carefully selected the non-asbestos calcium silicate board and vermiculite board due to its characteristics of fire resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation and mildew resistance. Moreover, it is also non-toxic and harmless.
``Fire Defender`` Fire rated door series not only has international Class A fire performance, but also has beautiful shapes and visual effects of different traditional cultures and modern styles. The product is suitable for offices, shopping malls, residences, stairs as well as corridors.

Fire rated door Characteristics

The core of the door adopts vermiculite slab core and solid wood fire core, which has passed BS EN1634-1: 2008 fire rated door certification for 30, 60 and 120 minutes.
Fire strips that are affixed to the door leaf or the frame of the door can exert their fire resistance in the event of a fire so as to close the door gap.
The glass windows installed on the door leaf can be made using iron wire glass or light sheet, which plays a perspective function and increase access safety.
Fire rated doors are equipped with various hardware accessories to choose from.

According to the structure, there are two types: fixed window/ door and window combination.

Technical performance

Fire resistance level- can be divided into 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes according to the fire protection time

Sound insulation and thermal insulation- depending on the performance of the fire-resistant glass used

Anti-aging- if used on exterior walls, the frame should be matched with UV-resistant fire-resistant glass

Door and window frame appearance selection:spray paint, fluorocarbon paint, silk stainless steel, mirror stainless steel, aluminum, titanium gold plate

Usage

This product is light in structure, light in weight and light in sight. It is widely used in indoor fireproof partition walls of large spaces such as exhibitions, auto shows, stadiums and shopping malls.

*The glass can pass the 5 years of UV environment verification without producing milky white color and bubbles; it can be cut with water jet or diamond wheel cutting machine.
