Located in East Kwun Tong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong, it is a series of Grade A commercial buildings and shopping malls under Sun Hung Kai Properties. The building complex is built along Kwun Tong Road, spanning from Ngau Tau Kok Station to Kwun Tong Station on the MTR Kwun Tong Line. It provides 3.3 million square feet of office buildings and 600,000 square feet of shopping malls. It is the largest commercial project in Kwun Tong, the East Kowloon Industrial Park.
